Damp Repairs

Yes, we specialise in damp repairs for caravans and motorhomes. Our repair process follows a clear four-stage approach to ensure a lasting fix and restore your vehicle to top condition:

  1. First, we identify the source of water ingress and inspect all affected areas so we can plan a complete repair.

  2. Next, we remove any damaged wood and timbers to prevent further deterioration.

  3. Then, we rebuild and replace the affected sections using high-quality parts and materials to restore structural integrity.

  4. Finally, the repair passes a rigorous quality-assurance check to ensure the work meets our high standards and the issue has been fully resolved.

In addition, we document the whole process and advise on any preventative measures to reduce the risk of future damp problems. If needed, we can also provide a written damp report for insurance or resale purposes.

Regular servicing is the easiest way to catch damp early and prevent long-term damage. Moreover, our detailed service reports highlight any potential issues, so you can address them before they become costly repairs. By staying proactive, you not only protect your caravan or motorhome but also extend its overall lifespan.

We follow the recommendations and guidelines from recognised organisations and trade bodies, which is why we suggest changing tyres every five years. This approach helps maintain safety, performance, and peace of mind while travelling.

Preparing for A Service

Next, check that all systems — electrical, water, and gas — are turned off, and be sure to provide any necessary keys or access codes.
